The seminar took place on 11 – 15 of September 2019 in Berlin. It involved 20 participants from 4 countries (Germany, Hungary, Ukraine, Israel) – youth and educational project coordinators, leaders of youth centers and representatives of local municipalities.
Participants were able to share their experience with youth work strategies and the outcomes of implementation practices inside their organisations. They could also experience different new methods of non-formal education to be able to empower young people and strengthen participation in communities.
In the end, youth workers have developed new ideas and visions for further corporations and planned to carry out two more youth exchanges in the coming years.
The training was implemented in close cooperation with Szilvásvárad Község Önkormányzata (Hungary), Kiryat bialik municipality (Israel), “The Nuremberg House”, (Ukraine), NGO “Nakipelo” (Ukraine) within the ERASMUS + program.
